The Santander International Entrepreneurship Center (CISE)  of the University of Cantabria (UC) has organized a 'Staff Training' included in the program 'From Educators to Entrepreneurial Facilitators – Creating an Ecosystem for Knowledge Transfer' (FEEF) , financed by the European Union through Erasmus +, in which 40 European teachers are being trained, as a pilot, in the methodology developed by the program to reduce the gap between the world of academia and the business world.
From the 23rd till the 25th may, 40 Educators from the consortium partners (NOVA University Lisbon, University of Cantabria, UC Leuven-Limburg and University of Padova) will be in Santander, Spain for a Staff Training week.

These Educators will have a chance to learn more about the FEEF Project and the projects results developed in this project. There will be three intense hands-on working days to learn how to implement the Facilitation Techniques and to be able to pilot some of these techniques in their class room afterwards. Download the Staff training Guide to know more about what will happen during the training.
